Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
• Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and tags.
• Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an ALIAUM Boutique error or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
