Exchange Only Policy

At ALIAUM, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your item, we're happy to offer an exchange subject to the terms below:

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Items must be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Exchanges are accepted for size or product issues only. We do not offer refunds unless the item is defective or damaged.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Customized, sale, or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email us at aliaumboutique@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +917972908882 within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Mention your order number and the reason for exchange.

  3. Once approved, ship the item back to the address provided by our team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange will be processed.

Shipping Costs

  • Outbound shipping for exchanged items will be charged additionally.

  • If the item you wish to exchange is unavailable, we will offer you a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
